Backline rentalto the technical rider

We prepare stage equipment for touring artists, live bands, festivals and corporate shows — including rider review, substitution approval and backline crew.

Exact models and accepted alternatives are confirmed before the project. Equipment is tested, labelled, installed on stage and passes a line check or soundcheck together with the sound system.

FAQ

Frequently askedquestions

An accurate answer requires the current technical rider and project date.

Can I request a specific amplifier or instrument model?

Yes. The request is logged from the rider. Availability and the exact model are confirmed after the date is checked; alternatives are approved in advance.

What happens if the requested model is unavailable?

We propose a technically comparable alternative and send it for written approval to the artist representative. It is not accepted until confirmed.

Are cymbals, pedals and snare included?

It depends on the rider. Many artists travel with personal items, so the exact split must be clarified for every project.

Do you provide DJ equipment?

Yes. A DJ setup can be included. Player, mixer, booth and playback requirements are confirmed from the rider.

Is a dedicated backline technician required?

For a live band — and especially multiple artists — yes. The technician handles preparation, placement, checks and changeovers.

Can backline be combined with sound rental?

Yes, and this is preferred. FOH, monitoring, microphones, DI, stage cabling and backline are designed as one system.

How fast is a band changeover?

Timing depends on the number of sets, stage plot, available space and the approved changeover plan. The window is confirmed after all riders are reviewed.

How early should the rider be sent?

The more specific the requested models, the earlier the review should begin. Festival and touring artist riders are best supplied several weeks ahead.

Can the rider be reviewed before the booking is confirmed?

Yes. Paste the key sections into Rider Quick Scan or send the complete file. The preflight highlights missing information; final model and substitution approval is completed by a specialist after date and availability checks.
