Ready levels

From a boardroom to an international forum

A package defines the starting architecture. The final system depends on seating, speakers, languages, rooms and remote connections.

Meeting and round table

Meeting Core

A board meeting, private discussion or compact executive session.

  • Delegate and chairperson units
  • Speech reinforcement
  • Display and presentations
  • Technical specialist
Multilingual congress

International Congress

A large forum with simultaneous interpretation, voting and backup for critical paths.

  • Interpreter booths and consoles
  • Language channels and receivers
  • Registration and voting
  • Expanded technical crew

Integrated architecture

Every subsystem works as one

We do not connect a random collection of devices. We first design signal paths, show control and backup, then build the system.

MIC

Conference systems

Delegate and chairperson units, speaker queue and time control.

INT

Simultaneous interpretation

Booths, interpreter consoles, language channels, receivers and distribution.

AUD

Room sound

Clear speech in every zone, digital mixing and feedback control.

VID

Video and hybrid

PTZ cameras, video switching, remote speakers, recording and streaming.

DSP

Displays and presentations

LED, projection, confidence monitors and source switching.

VOT

Registration and voting

Named participants, electronic questions and result display.

Conference Design Studio

The configurator indicates equipment scale, crew and preparation. The final design is confirmed after reviewing the programme and venue plan.

Project architecture

Critical checks

Show reliability

A conference without technical pauses

Critical components are tested before the programme and the crew operates from one shared cue list.

01

Technical preflight

We test every microphone, language channel, receiver, video signal and power path.

02

Speaker rehearsal

We verify presentations, remote connections, timing and session transitions.

03

Backup paths

We prepare source backup, critical-line redundancy and a fast switching plan.

04

One show control

Audio, video, interpretation and stage teams work from one programme and intercom.

Production document pack

The project team receives clear technical documentation

A complex forum needs more than an equipment list. Before setup, we define the architecture, responsibilities and system-testing sequence.

LAY

Room and position plan

Stage, FOH, booths, cameras, displays, receiver desks and cable routes.

SIG

Signal flow

Speech, interpretation, video, online contribution, recording and backup routes.

LAN

Language matrix

Floor language, interpretation pairs, relay, channels, workstations and monitoring.

RX

Receiver distribution plan

Quantity, reserve, issue and return points, labelling, charging and inventory control.

CUE

Cue sheet and run of show

Microphones, presentations, remote speakers, voting and transitions between rooms.

QA

Preflight protocol

A control test for every signal, backup scenario and responsible technical position.

The final document set depends on project scale and is confirmed after the programme and venue plans are received.

REAL SOUND experience

Projects where every signal matters

Forums, business programmes and international events with integrated technical architecture.

Process

From programme to the final session

We collect inputs and design the system first, then install, test and operate the event.

01

Receive the programme

Sessions, languages, speakers, rooms, online links and recording requirements.

02

Design the system

Units, channels, receivers, video, displays, power and backup.

03

Approve the layout

Seating, cable routes, equipment distribution and technical positions.

04

Install and test

We label the system and verify every signal before rehearsal.

05

Operate the event

The crew controls the programme through completion and dismantling.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The information needed before quoting a conference system.

What is included in conference equipment rental?

The system may include delegate units, microphones, sound, simultaneous interpretation, receivers, displays, video, voting, recording, installation and technical crew.

Can you provide simultaneous interpretation in several languages?

Yes. Channel count depends on language pairs, the floor language, the interpreter team and whether relay interpretation is required.

Do you provide interpreters?

We handle the technical system and can work with the client’s language team or coordinate trusted language specialists.

Can remote speakers join the conference?

Yes. We design two-way audio and video, test the connection and prepare a backup joining method.

How many interpretation receivers are required?

A preliminary quantity is based on registered guests plus a small reserve. The final number depends on registration and language distribution.

Can you run electronic voting?

Yes. The participant list, question script, counting rules and result-display format must be prepared in advance.

Can all presentations be recorded separately?

Multitrack recording can be included. Track layout and delivery format are agreed before the event.

Is a technical rehearsal necessary?

For forums, international events and hybrid connections, rehearsal is essential for presentations, microphones, interpretation and remote participants.

How early should equipment be booked?

Confirm early when the project requires many receivers, interpreter booths, cameras or multiple rooms.

Can a conference run in several rooms at the same time?

Yes. For a multi-room event we design independent room systems, central coordination, inter-room links, a shared receiver pool and separate recording and rehearsal plans.
