Readable from the first row, visible from the last
We select geometry and pitch from the real viewing distance, not a generic formula.

Practical selection
How to choose an LED screen without overpaying or losing quality
We compare venue conditions, viewing distance and content type. The screen stays readable, cameras remain flicker-free and the structure matches the task.

- Balanced brightness for indoor venues
Outdoor LED
For outdoor venues, sports, festivals and brightly lit locations.

Conferences, corporate events and versatile stage setups

Pitch is not selected by distance alone: we also consider font size, cameras, venue lighting and content format.

FAQ
Common LED screen rental questions
Key answers before requesting a quote.
What LED screen size do I need?
It depends on stage width, audience size, room depth and content. A conference often uses 4×2.5 or 4×3 m, but the final size should be calculated for the venue.
How do I choose pixel pitch?
The closer the audience and the smaller the text, the finer the pitch. Indoor events often use P1.8–P2.9, while larger stages and outdoor projects use P3.9–P4.8.
Can the screen be installed outdoors?
Yes. We use high-brightness outdoor modules, weather-ready cabling and a structure and ballast suitable for the venue.
Is the structure included?
Yes when required. The screen can use ground support, a truss structure or approved flown points.
Who runs presentations and video?
An on-site video engineer receives and checks content, manages playback, cameras and show cues.
Can cameras and live streaming be connected?
Yes. We connect cameras, video switching, titles and live feeds to the main and secondary screens.
What happens if a module or signal fails?
We carry spare modules, power supplies and cabling and prepare a backup signal path. Critical components are tested before doors open.
How early should I book?
For a standard event, 7–14 days is recommended. Large, custom and outdoor systems should be planned several weeks in advance.
