More than equipment

Sound should serve the outcome of the event

Guests should not have to think about loudspeakers or microphones. They should hear every speaker clearly, feel the music and follow the programme comfortably from anywhere in the venue.

Solutions →
01

Clear speech

We tune the system so presenters, hosts and questions from the audience remain intelligible without listening effort.

02

Even coverage

We plan loudspeaker placement and additional zones to reduce overly loud areas and coverage gaps.

03

Musical impact

We select suitable headroom and low-frequency reinforcement for DJs, artists, live bands and the programme format.

04

Backup and control

The system is checked before departure, critical paths are planned and the event is operated by a technical team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions clients usually ask before booking sound equipment.

What system is needed for 50, 100 or 300 guests?

Audience size matters, but the venue dimensions, seating, programme and background noise also affect the system. We therefore confirm the setup after a short brief.

Can the equipment be used outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor projects require coverage planning, weather protection, power and cable planning, and consideration of wind and background noise.

Is a sound engineer included?

For most events we recommend an on-site sound engineer who tunes the system and operates it throughout the programme.

Do you provide delivery, installation and dismantling?

Yes. These services are included in the technical proposal based on the address, access times and venue schedule.

Can we connect a DJ or live band?

Yes. We review the technical requirements in advance and prepare the console, stage patching, monitoring and input lines.

Do you provide wireless microphones?

Yes. Handheld, headset and lavalier systems are available. The type and quantity depend on the programme and venue conditions.

Is backup equipment available?

We prepare backup equipment or an alternative operating plan for critical components, especially on large or high-responsibility events.

How early should we book?

The more complex the project, the earlier technical planning should begin. Major events are best coordinated several weeks in advance.
