Strategy before equipment

What the activation must achieve

We start with the business objective, visitor journey and expected result — not with a list of equipment.

01

Attract attention

Make the brand stand out in a dense event, retail or exhibition environment.

02

Engage visitors

Create a clear journey, participation mechanic and reason to stay.

03

Generate leads

Integrate registration, quizzes, prizes, CRM and an offline backup flow.

04

Create content

Design light, camera angles and visual elements for shareable guest content.

05

Show the product

Deliver a product reveal, demo, tasting, sampling or test-drive experience.

06

Operate reliably

Plan traffic, power, internet, consumables, safety and daily technical control.

Experience architecture

The architecture of a strong brand activation

We connect the visual signal, visitor journey, interaction, data and content into one controllable system.

01SIGNAL

Stop attention

Light, scale, motion and the brand object should communicate before a visitor enters the zone.

02FLOW

Guide the journey

Entry, queue, interaction, result delivery and exit are designed without traffic conflicts.

03INTERACTION

Make the action obvious

A visitor understands the mechanic within seconds and receives a fast, emotional result.

04DATA

Capture the contact

QR, form, CRM, data consent and an offline fallback work as one connected chain.

05AMPLIFY

Extend the contact

Photo, video and UGC are designed so the brand keeps living after the visit.

Activation formats

Activation performance

We plan measurable outcomes

At concept stage, we define what should be measured and which technical systems are required for reliable data.

ATTENTION

Zone reach

Passing traffic, visitors who stop, and entries into the activation.

ENGAGEMENT

Depth of engagement

Average dwell time, completed mechanics and repeat interactions.

CONVERSION

Target action

Registrations, leads, sampling, requests, promo codes or prize-draw participation.

CONTENT

Content effect

Created photos and videos, QR deliveries and materials designed for UGC.

OPERATIONS

Reliability

Equipment uptime, launch time, incidents and completion of daily checklists.

Metrics are defined together with the brand or agency. REAL SOUND designs the technical data-capture layer and backup scenarios.

Production workflow

From idea to reliable daily operation

We define ownership and test the project before the activation opens to visitors.

01

Brief

Objective, audience, venue and KPI.

02

Concept

Visitor journey and technical idea.

03

Design

Plans, power, structure and content.

04

Production

Equipment and scenic preparation.

05

Installation

Build, signal and system testing.

06

Operations

Crew and control while the zone is live.

07

Removal

Safe dismantling and load-out.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What should be clarified before pricing a brand activation.

Can you work from an existing design?

Yes. We review the architecture from an engineering perspective, select the equipment and prepare requirements for the booth or scenic contractor.

When should REAL SOUND join the project?

Ideally during concept or early render development, so power, ventilation, cable routes, service access and equipment locations can be built in.

Do you provide décor and fabrication?

We lead the technical delivery and can work with the agency, designer and fabricator. The fabrication scope is agreed separately.

Can you integrate lead capture and CRM?

Yes. We can design a digital form, QR or touch mechanic, stable internet and an offline fallback.

Can the activation operate for several days?

Yes. Multi-day operation includes daily start-up, technical checks, consumables, overnight mode and backups.

Can the same activation travel to several cities?

Yes. We create a scalable kit, setup standard, packing, logistics and roadshow checklists.

How much does a promo zone cost?

The budget depends on area, structure, digital, interactive, content, lead time, logistics and crew. We prepare a preliminary configuration after the brief.

Who operates the zone during the event?

The REAL SOUND technical crew controls equipment, content, power and critical technical scenarios.

How do we estimate the number of interaction stations?

We use expected traffic, average interaction time and operating hours. The configurator gives a preliminary estimate; final planning also considers layout, staff and the actual visitor journey.

What should be ready before a brand activation launches?

At minimum: a confirmed venue, dimensioned floor plan, brand guidelines, content, power and access requirements, plus named approval owners. The Launch Control tool on this page helps assemble that checklist.
