SIGNAL JOURNEY

Five stages every hybrid signal passes through

Reliability appears when every source is checked, routed, presented to the audience and recorded.

01

Connect the source

Speaker, camera, presentation, interpretation or remote site completes a technical check.

02

Route to control

All signals enter one video, audio and communications topology.

03

Build the program

The director combines cameras, presentations, graphics and remote contributions.

04

Deliver to audiences

The program goes to the room, streaming platform, press feed and recording simultaneously.

05

Archive and deliver

Program record, ISO files, presentations and publishing assets are prepared.

HYBRID PRODUCTION SYSTEM

Every technical department operates as one hybrid system

A failure in one link affects both the venue and online audience, so the architecture is designed as a whole.

01 · AUDIO

Audio and conference systems

Speaker microphones, remote returns, mix-minus and room sound.

  • intelligible speech and microphone redundancy
  • echo-free mix-minus
  • separate broadcast and room mixes
02 · VIDEO

LED, presentations and cameras

Main screen, confidence monitor, presentations, cameras and one visual workflow.

  • presentation ingest
  • camera positions and shot list
  • preview / program / multiview
03 · BROADCAST

Streaming and direction

Program mix, graphics, titles, remote participants, recording and streaming output.

  • vision mixer and director
  • lower thirds and speaker IDs
  • program + ISO recording
04 · PLATFORM

Platform and interaction

Registration, player, Q&A, chat, polling, moderation and recording access.

  • white-label or corporate platform
  • moderation workflow
  • analytics and attendance data
05 · ACCESS

Interpretation and accessibility

Simultaneous interpretation, language channels, captions and international access.

  • translation routing
  • remote interpreters
  • captions / subtitles
06 · CONTROL

Network, communications and backup

Primary and backup internet, intercom, monitoring, UPS and recovery procedures.

  • dual internet path
  • communications matrix
  • backup playback and platform plan

HYBRID FORMATS

Architecture matched to the hybrid format

A hybrid conference, distributed town hall and international forum require different connection, platform and staffing logic.

HYBRID INFRASTRUCTURE

The hybrid event as layered signal infrastructure

Every layer must remain understandable, observable and recoverable.

Contribution layerremote speakers, remote sites, interpretation and external feeds
Production layercameras, vision mixing, graphics, audio, intercom and show calling
Distribution layerplatform, CDN, player, language channels and press feed
Archive layerprogram record, ISO, captions, presentations and analytics

One source of truth

All presentation, title and cue versions are stored in one structure.

Observability

The control room sees the state of every remote connection, platform and recording path.

Separate mixes

Room, broadcast, interpretation and remote participants receive the right audio mix.

Calm recovery

Fallback scenarios are built into the run of show and understood by the crew.

FAQ

Hybrid event technical-production questions

What is included in hybrid event technical production?

Stage, audio, LED, cameras, streaming, remote speakers, platform, interaction, recording, redundancy and technical crew.

How are remote speakers connected?

Each speaker receives a guide, completes an individual connection check and works through a virtual green room before going live.

Can several cities be connected?

Yes. We design a distributed topology with dedicated technical control and backup for each site.

Which platform can be used?

We can work with Teams, Zoom, webinar platforms, YouTube, Vimeo or a closed white-label player.

How do you prevent echo for remote participants?

We use mix-minus, correct return-audio routing and a pre-event test for every connection.

Can simultaneous interpretation be added?

Yes. Interpreters can work onsite or remotely, with dedicated language channels routed to the venue and online audience.

What can be recorded?

Depending on the brief, we record program feed, clean cameras, presentations, audio, remote sources and language versions.

What happens if the internet fails?

We use a backup path, local recording and an agreed recovery scenario for the platform and remote speakers.

Is a full rehearsal required?

Yes. A full hybrid rehearsal is critical for cameras, graphics, remote contributions, mix-minus, Q&A and backup.

Do you work only in Almaty?

Our main base is in Almaty, but the crew works across Kazakhstan and connects remote participants from other countries.
