Architecture first

Camera, audio, graphics, network and redundancy are planned before setup.

02

Dedicated programme audio

Online viewers receive a clean mix rather than an incidental room feed.

03

Connection control

We check upload, latency, packet loss and the backup route.

04

Content after the show

Agreed programme master, camera records and technical files are delivered.

Broadcast Architecture Studio

Build a preliminary stream architecture

The planner estimates cameras, crew, setup, internet and critical checks. It is a technical brief, not a final quotation.

Additional modules

Network Readiness

Check the internet connection

Enter test results from the actual technical position. This is preliminary: a sustained on-site test is required before the broadcast.

Broadcast Mission Control

Build the on-air plan before the pressure starts

The planner turns the technical configuration into an operating timeline: load-in, network test, remote check, rehearsal, pre-live, broadcast and recording verification.

RUN OF SHOW

LIVE OPS
Important

This is a preliminary plan. The final run of show is approved after the programme, platform access and venue conditions are confirmed.

Signal flow

One controlled path from stage to viewer

We manage not just the camera and stream, but every signal conversion between them.

Show reliability

Live means no second take

Critical elements are tested, monitored and backed up according to the production level.

01

Pre-show testing

Platform, access, audio, graphics and network route are verified.

02

Local recording

The programme master remains independent of the public stream.

03

Critical-path redundancy

Power, encoder, cabling and connectivity are backed up as required.

04

Technical communications

Director, camera, audio and stage teams follow one cue sheet.

After the broadcast

More than a link: usable media assets

The file package and delivery timing are confirmed before the event.

MASTER

Programme recording

The final live cut with switching, graphics and programme audio.

ISO

Individual camera records

Selected camera sources for editing and short-form content.

AUDIO

Separate audio tracks

Agreed speech, programme and remote-participant channels.

CLEAN

Clean version

A feed without selected graphics or with an alternative layout.

CLIPS

Short segments

Individual talks, panels or key moments from the event.

REPORT

Technical report

Status of the stream, recording and delivered files after completion.

Process

From programme to finished recording

The system is designed in advance, tested on site and operated by one technical team.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What should be confirmed before estimating a live broadcast.

How many cameras are needed for a live stream?

A compact business event often works with 2–3 cameras. A dynamic show, large stage or multiple zones requires more angles. The final layout follows the programme and venue.

Can you stream to multiple platforms at once?

Yes. Destinations, access, keys, restrictions and distribution method are confirmed in advance. A private page or corporate platform can be used for closed events.

What internet connection is required?

A stable outbound connection with headroom above the working bitrate is required. We evaluate upload, latency, packet loss and stability over time, not just one speed-test result.

What happens if the internet fails?

Local recording continues independently of the public stream. Critical events can include a backup connection and an agreed switching workflow.

Can remote speakers join the event?

Yes. We create a two-way audio/video workflow, technical waiting room, connection test and backup contact method.

Do you provide titles and broadcast graphics?

Yes. Openers, logos, lower thirds, timers, presentations, films and other branded elements can be prepared.

Can we receive individual camera recordings?

Yes, when ISO recording is included in the configuration. Sources and delivery formats are agreed before the event.

Is a technical rehearsal required?

It is essential for hybrid events, complex graphics, remote contributions and high-stakes public broadcasts.

How far in advance should we book?

The more complex the programme, the earlier preparation should begin. The run of show, venue plans, platform access and content should arrive before setup day.

How is the on-air operations plan created?

It is based on the on-air time, setup window, programme, number of cues, remote connections, graphics and platform readiness, and redundancy level. The final run of show is approved after the technical rehearsal.
